Our company has been providing an on-going refurbishment of the facilities of the Business Center. The highly professional level of work arrangement allowed getting the office space ready to use for the employees of the client's subsidiary, in a short term.

The company has carried out the following works:

Arranged preparation, building, decoration, refurbishment, testing, and commissioning works. It also conducted works to set up internal engineering systems and networks. It also involved subcontractors;

Provided construction supervision of the works conducted and made sure that the refurbishment was completed in the agreed timeframe, ensured appropriate quality, and the use of materials, constructions, and equipment;

Revised technical documentation; and
Made necessary arrangements to sign-off the completed works and present these to the client
